I love bargain shopping, yes I am frugal and without remorse. Especially when I find deals like this. I do try to plan my spending but sometimes I just can't pass up a good deal. I was in Tuesday Morning "browsing" when I found these beautiful items. The stamps were 99 cents, that is crazy cheap. Did I mention I work/teach occasionally at my local stamp store, I know this was crazy cheap.
The details: Stamps 3 @ 99cents, stacked ink pads 2 @ $1.99, set of paper ribbon rolls $1.99. Seriously beautiful things at a great price that is my kind of shopping.
Are you a bargain shopper? If so where are your favorite haunts...inquiring minds want to know.
I am a bargain hunter - and my favorite hot spots are Saver's (thrift store), The Dollar Store and Michael's because they give you SO many coupons. It pays to dig in the clearance bins, I just got 22 5" wooden letters at Joanne's for $.50 each! I spent $11 on what will be my new sign for craft fairs! I was so excited.

Wow Rhiannon that was a good bargain hunting day! I am in the dollar store more than I should admit too, no really my job takes me there, seriously...
ReplyDeleteThanks for following my blog.
Hi Fellow Kentuckian!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for stopping by and sharing your comment about your special treasure! It is those things that certainly make a house a home, isn't it? Love your blog - you're so talented! I'm sure your new finds will be put to great use! Have a great weekend!

Angie, I wonder how it is that we are sisters! I read your blog and love your creations...but I'm not nearly as talented with the crafty stuff as you (and Stacy). If I'd seen those stamps and ribbons at the store I surely would have passed them up in a nano-second. I'm a little jealous.
ReplyDeleteOh, I so relate! I'm a bargain hunter and it feels like a drug when I hit deals such as these you got. I visit thrift shops a lot for bargains to use in my art and of course I never miss any clearance at any store. My eyes seem to be trained to focus on those red clearance tags!
