Stole away some time the last few evening to make more 'slides'.
By far my favorite is the young lady below on the left, I just love the long pony tail and the details of her dress.
I have several more made but I'm too afraid to mess with them until the resin fully cures, they will be in the shop in a few days.
Another work week begins today..I have to make my way into most of my accounts to take down Bosses's Day and Sweetest Day. Did you all remember your boss last Friday???? As for Sweetest Day, I'm not sure if it is even known to most of the US, seems like it's just a midwest thing. Have you ever heard of it before where you live?
Angie
Angie, these are great! Love 'em!

Angie,
ReplyDeleteThese are beautiful! I haven't heard of sweetest day, but I'm sure you would qualify as one of the *sweetest*! Have a wonderful week!
Blessings,
Cindy
Loving your slides, Angie! They have just the right vintage quality. You do them so well!
ReplyDeleteI haven't heard of either of those "Days". Probably? possibly? known only on your side of the world.
Your 'slides' are just beautiful! I love how you aged them.
ReplyDeleteMy friend was married on 'Sweetest Day', but until then I never knew the holiday existed.
Angie, dear--here in DK we don`t have eighter boss-or sweetest --day......but sounds good to have a day where one can remember to show apreciation for -ones people....
