Brick Auction an ASOM Adventure

I wanted to share what will be consuming a bit of my attention these next few weeks.

The event is called Bricks Along the Journey. Bricks are donated to artists, we get to do what we do and make them into pieces of art. In turn we donate the finished artwork back to the organization then the auction raises money for their cause. To read more about the story behind this event go here.

Our Altered States of Mind group decided to participate, each of us making our own piece. Today I picked up my brick and started the hunt for pieces I'll need.

I've had an idea in my head for a few weeks and have been unable to shake it.

Here's a hint:

GREAT idea!!! Perfect for the size of a brick.

Love it.

Painted? Decoupaged? Beaded? Can't wait to see what you come up with.

We've done public art for auction before. It's fun to be creative and rewarding raising money for a good cause.

Cheers!

Hey, Angie.

I ASOM only local to your area or is it worldwide?

Sounds like a fun group to be involved with. If not, maybe I should start a West coast annex...LOL
